On 20th of July 2006, P&P Enterprise Group Holdings has ordered to establish  MyCC International Group Ltd. the offshore Company at San Jose, Costa Rica. Delos4 trustee's will manage and protect all assets of the company. The Company will also takeover a  three (3) year old company in the Caribbean called Saving and Loans who can and may act as a banking facility, in loans and receivable's . The QuickCentrePoint as a provider will keep their services and Network under the following names QCPNetwork, MyQCP, QuickMatic and many others.
This initiative puts in place a single point of contact for all of QuickCentrePoint  e-solutions by merging all entities into one unit of Internet and Multimedia and Financials. With the Global Region expansion it step further into the digital economy with several e-business initiatives to be launched. QuickCentrePoint is strengthening its position and taking the lead by creating the QWiFi 8 as a trademark for communications. QuickCentrePoint will launch the Discovery Navigator as browser with limited features only for the paid members.
